Q: How do I get my download?
A: You should have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org containing the link for downloading your report(s). If you did not receive that email, or if you were unable to download the file(s), please email us at email@example.com and we will be glad to assist you. Please keep in mind that our reports are in PDF format and require Adobe Reader (available for free download at www.adobe.com).
Q: I want to order by mail instead of ordering online. What do I do?
A: You can mail in your order request to: Online Publishing & Marketing,
PO Box 1076, Lexington, VA 24450. Please be sure to include your name, the mailing address you want your order sent to, as well as the title of the publications(s) you wish to order. If paying by check or money order, please make it payable to Online Publishing & Marketing.
Q: I do not have Visa or MasterCard. How else can I pay?
A: We also accept PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can create one at www.paypal.com. If you’d like to pay by check or money order, please make it payable to Online Publishing & Marketing and mail your order to: Online Publishing & Marketing, PO Box 1076, Lexington, VA 24450. Please be sure to include your name, the mailing address you want the order sent to, as well as the title of the publications(s) you wish to order.
Q: When can I expect to receive my print order by mail?
A: If you ordered a print version online, we will make every effort to mail your order within 2 business days of the date of your purchase. Mail delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.

Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Please simply send us your refund request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, please include:
- the name and email address you used when you placed your order
- the date you placed your order
- the order number you received with your purchase
- the reason for requesting a refund
Q: Why don’t you offer the printed copy outside the US?
A: Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees outside the US are much higher and our $7.95 fee simply doesn’t cover the additional cost. If you’d like to make a special request to have a printed copy mailed outside the US, please email us at email@example.com.
