Ten Timely Tips for Taming
the Cancer Beast!

The medical establishment does a very poor job of educating people about cancer prevention. Smoking and asbestos get a lot of publicity as cancer causes. Then there’s the allegation (somewhat dubious) that too much sun causes skin cancer.

Beyond these, I find it hard to think of a cancer risk that gets much media play. It’s no wonder cancer remains the second leading killer in the United States! This issue, let’s look at some easy things you can do to PREVENT cancer instead of waiting till it’s too late. . .

Urgent Warning
No matter how much pain you’re in from gallstones. . .
Don’t EVER Let A Doctor
Remove Your Gallbladder!

You can stop your attacks quickly and naturally — without going under the knife!

700,000 American s a year are having their gallbladders cut out — more than four times the number who undergo heart surgery!

But this operation is totally useless and dangerous! You need your gallbladder. It’s there for a reason. And having it cut out doesn’t even solve the basic problem.

In fact — get this — one person out of four is still in terrible pain after having this emergency surgery. And getting rid of pain is the whole reason for the operation!

Gallbladder surgery is the worst thing you could possibly do in the face of gallstones.

Click here to watch an important new video presentation about gallbladder health. You can heal your gallbladder at home, safely and naturally! And if a surgeon has ALREADY removed your gallbladder, there are things you can do to make up for the loss of this organ. Click here to learn more.

You’re bombarded by dozens of cancer-causing substances and situations every single day. Here are 10 things you should avoid if you want to make yourself cancer-proof. . .

Heavy metal isn’t just a type of
rock-n-roll music…

Most people have no idea how often they come in contact with heavy metal toxins. These include substances like arsenic, lead and mercury that your body doesn’t fully metabolize.

When heavy metals accumulate in body tissues, they can wreak havoc on your health. And believe it or not, thousands of Americans are exposed to these dangerous poisons every day—often in their jobs!

Many heavy metals are found in beauty salons… photography studios… doctor and dentist offices… medical laboratories…

For example, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration reports environmental exposure to lead is extremely common. This dangerous metal can enter your system through:

1. Cosmetics

2. Dental fillings

3. Gasoline

4. Over-the-counter and prescription medicines

5. Paint

6. And many other common household substances

Long-term exposure to low levels of lead can damage your central nervous system and even cause brain cancer. Heart disease, too. According to the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, long-term exposure to heavy metals can weaken your heart and cause it to swell.

While you might not be able to avoid contact with heavy metals—you CAN avoid the toxic buildup in your system.

One simple thing you can do to help purge metal toxins is to have a daily serving of green foods such as barley grass, chlorella and spirulina.

These ‘mean greens’ contain high concentrations of chlorophyll to help scrub toxins from your body. Chlorophyll also helps fight tumor growth by pumping up your liver’s detoxifying processes.

So what else is floating in the air?

Heavy metals aren’t the only environmental toxins you may run up against. There are other poisons in the atmosphere that you would do well to avoid whenever possible, including:

1. Dioxins—formed by burning chlorine-based chemical compounds with hydrocarbons; the Environmental Protection Agency confirms dioxins as a carcinogen linked to cancers of the breast, liver, lung, oral cavity, skin and more

2. Pesticides—often found on non-organic fruits and vegetables and in factory farmed meats; according to the National Cancer Institute, high exposure to pesticides has been linked to cancers of the blood and lymphatic system, lip, stomach, lung, brain, prostate and skin!

3. Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) —chemicals widely used in coolant fluids until production was banned by the United States Congress in 1979. Animal and human studies have linked PCB exposure to liver and breast cancer.

4. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) —found in air fresheners, deodorants, dry cleaned clothing and insect repellents; these chemicals are known to cause cancer in animals and are suspected as a cause for lung cancer in humans.

Cupcakes, hot dogs and potato chips gone WILD!

The foods you eat also expose you to a variety of carcinogens. Here are some to avoid:

1. Fried and processed foods—many of these foods contain unhealthy saturated or trans-fats as well as an abundance of salt and sugar. Talk about a perfect recipe to make your body a cancer-friendly host!

2. Grilled meats without marinade—Charred and well-done meats can contain heterocyclic amines (HCAs), which are cancer-causing compounds that form when meat is seared at high temperatures. Try adding rosemary and thyme to a marinade and soak the meat for at least an hour before cooking. Researchers at Kansas State University say the spices have antioxidants than can help cut HCAs by as much as 87 percent!

3. Recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH) —some dairy farmers have been using this man-made hormone to increase cow’s milk production since the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved its use in 1993. But according to the American Cancer Society, the European Union, Canada, and some other countries have not followed suit.

Milk from rBGH-treated cows has higher levels of the IGF-1hormone that may influence the development of certain tumors. Some studies link blood levels of IGF-1 with the development of prostate, breast, colorectal, and other cancers.

4. Refined sugar—is a veritable feast for cancer cells! I’m always lecturing people about this and I’ll continue to do so. Next to giving up tobacco, giving up sugar is probably the most powerful single step you can take to preventing cancer and other so-called diseases of aging.

A final word…

I said I’d give you 10 tips for avoiding cancer—so here goes #10.

One lifestyle choice you make that could leave you open to cancers relates to risky sexual behavior. The genital human papilloma virus (HPV) infection is a sexually transmitted disease that can lead to cancer of the cervix, vagina, vulva, anus, or penis.

Sexually active people should try to maintain a mutually monogamous relationship with a partner who is not infected by HPV. (Yes, traditional morality is good for you. . .) Women should also have annual PAP tests to screen for abnormal cell growth in the cervix.

While you may not be able to control your exposure to all the risks I’ve mentioned—you DO have primary control over many others.

And I’m sure you’d agree that an ‘ounce of prevention’ is well worth the chance of avoiding a ‘pound’ of the medical establishment’s cancer cures!
