How many times have you heard there's NO cure for cancer? Do you believe it?
Well, that's not the tune many German physicians are singing. They believe it IS possible to treat cancer successfully. That's because they're in the medical vanguard when it comes to cancer treatment, and one of their "secrets" is called ozone therapy.
Ozone is nothing more than O3, the oxygen molecule that contains three atoms of oxygen. The normal oxygen we breathe is O2, comprised of two oxygen atoms. We can't breathe O3 — we'd die of asphyxiation if our atmosphere was composed of ozone -- but when introduced into the body by other means ozone has great therapeutic value, according to many doctors.
These researchers understand that cancer cells die when exposed to oxygen. And they've used this knowledge to develop cutting-edge treatments to attack abnormal cell growth.
It should come as no surprise that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) refuses to endorse ozone treatments. But this wholesale rejection wasn't always the norm...
In the article "The Story of Ozone"1, Dr. Saul Pressman chronicles significant developments in the use of ozone therapy.
Dr. Pressman says the earliest record of therapeutic ozone use in an English-language medical journal dates from 1885. The Florida Medical Association published "Ozone" by Charles J. Kenworthy, M. D., M.R.S.V.
In 1911, Dr. Noble Eberhart, MD, head of the department of physiologic therapeutics at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois, used ozone to treat numerous diseases including tuberculosis, anemia, pneumonia, diabetes, and syphilis.
And during World War I, medics used ozone to treat wounds, gangrene, and the effects of poison gas.
According to Dr. Pressman, the American Medical Association (AMA) put a stop to ozone treatment in the U.S. in 1933.
He says the group was determined to suppress any medical treatment that competed with drug therapy. Sounds familiar, eh?

Another physician, John Pittman, M.D., agrees with Dr. Pressman's dim view of the FDA. In the article "The History of Medical Ozone in the Treatment of AIDS2," Pittman says the FDA appears to have a built-in bias against alternative therapies such as ozone. As you probably know, it's because the federal agency is controlled by the people it's supposed to police: the major drug manufacturers, aka "Big Pharma".
And because Big Pharma can't patent and sell ozone, a common gas, it's in their best interest to squash it and protect their profits.
But many doctors in other countries don't share American medicine's disdain for ozone therapy...
According to Dr. Pressman, Dr. Albert Wolff of Berlin, Germany, used ozone to treat colon cancer and cervical cancer in 1915. Later, Dr. Otto Warburg of the Kaiser Institute in Berlin announced that cancer is the result of a lack of oxygen at the cellular level.
His findings were considered a major contribution to the field of medicine and earned him TWO Nobel prizes, one in 1931 and the second in 1944! Despite the pedigree, mainstream American medicine has no interest in the multiple therapies for controlling cancer by way of oxygen (ozone is just one such therapy.)
But the use of ozone therapy is much more than a footnote in history books…
Ozone treatments currently are recognized by 16 countries. Cuba — always on the lookout for inexpensive treatments -- is a leading user of the therapy. I'll say one thing for communist countries: when you're poor you have to use some sense about how much you spend on medical care.
Germany ranks second in the use of ozone therapy, and Russian doctors practice it as well — perhaps a holdover from the days of the Soviet Union? I don't know.
So just what is ozone therapy and how is treatment administered?
A Shot Of Oxygen + A Pint of Blood = Ozone Therapy!
There are several ways to administer ozone treatments for therapeutic purposes. Famous health and nutrition expert Gary Null, Ph.D. cites a commonly used method called autohemotherapy. I guess the fancy name derives from "auto" for "self" and "hemo," meaning blood, since the treatment involves drawing the patient's own blood, modifying it, and re-introducing it to the patient's body.
A medical professional draws a pint of blood from a patient and puts it in an infusion bottle.
Medical grade ozone gas is forced into the bottle through a catheter and mixed into the blood. The patient then receives infusions of treated blood through the same catheter inserted into the urethra (the urinary tract).
According to Null, a second common form of treatment is called rectal insufflation. A patient gets ozone through a catheter inserted in the colon.
Gas of a specific concentration seeps into the tube at a predetermined flow rate. Null said patients can even use a Teflon bag to self administer ozone treatments in this way.
In either case, patients benefit from a blast of oxygen-rich blood flooding all their tissues and cells!
The Alternative Cancer Treatments Information Center3 considers ozone therapy a safe, effective treatment that rarely produces side effects. The Center is run by my good friend Webster Kehr, a dedicated advocate for our cause.
Webster's website www.cancertutor.com cites results from a 1980 study done by the German Medical Society for Ozone Therapy.
Researchers polled 644 therapists regarding their 384,775 patients. The therapists had administered over 5.5 million ozone treatments to this group.
Therapists reported only 40 incidents of side effects—which represents an incredibly low rate of .000007%! Plus, there were only four fatalities out of the entire group!
The Alternative Cancer Treatments Information Center concluded that "compared to the number of Americans that die each year from drug reactions and interactions, ozone therapy is amazingly safe."
But that's not what the U.S. medical establishment would have you believe. Because of pressure from the FDA and the 'prescription drug cartel'...
...ozone treatments are illegal in the U.S. and Canada...
...doctors risk sanctions if they administer ozone therapy...
...the sale and use of ozone generating machines is prohibited...
And keep in mind, this ban exists despite the fact that:
1) The National Cancer Institute endorsed Warburg's early findings about cancer cells and insufficient oxygen in 1952.
2) Research by hypertension researcher Dr. Harry Goldbatt confirmed that lack of oxygen causes cells to become cancerous. The Journal of Experimental Medicine published his findings in 1953.
3) The August 22, 1980 edition of the respected journal Science published Dr. Michael Carpendale's report entitled "Ozone Selectivity Inhibits Growth of Human Cancer Cells." It confirmed that ozone killed human lung…breast… and uterine cancer cells. What's more, non-cancerous cells were unaffected by the treatment!
Fortunately, there are many places in the world where people are benefitting from this amazing discovery. It's a shame it's illegal in the U.S. and Canada, but there are plenty of other good cancer therapies you can use here, including several that oxygenate the blood and tissues.

( By the way, I'm not antibusiness — but a bum is a bum, and the people who serve the big drug companies are among the supreme , world-class bums I've come across. I'm confident they've killed more people than Hitler. Of course, they had more time to work on it. At least 100,000 people a year die of drug reactions in the United States alone. And that's a very conservative estimate.)
